How to Set-Up Your Smells, Inc. Display
1. Smell, Inc. van arrives at Walgreens on Jog and Linton Road in Delray Beach, FL. Your display merchandise will be delivered by UPS or FedEx and waiting for you in your store's back room.

2. Van is unpacked.
3. Shelves are removed to be resized.
4. Clean end-cap
5. Using 1 product as a guide, each shelf height is adjusted and blue strips are inserted on front price holder. Wire peg hooks are inserted on top for cones.
6. Notice blue pegboard leaning on left. That is for our incence products.
7. Red paper lining goes on each shelf.
8. Top shelf has wooden custom display for oils.
9. Shelf 1: Start on bottom shelf. This is the Zen garden shelf. There are two types of garden kits. There are 8 each for total of 16. Shelf 2: This shelf has electric oil burners and spa type candle/incense kits. There are 4 electric burners and three types of spa kits: 4 each for a total of 12.
10. Bottom 2 shelves are completed. This is the potpourri and bath fizz/salt shelf. There are 24 of the bath salts or the fizz and 8 each of two Potpourri type packages. One is 267 and the other is one of 266, 265 or 264.
11. Bottom 3 are completed.
12. 4th shelf ready to be loaded.
13. 4th shelf almost completed. This shelf has the oil burners. There are a total of 24 burners. 12 of the Zen types and 12 of the Kitchen (They have a pot on top).

16. Top pegboard in anchored to display sign holder for incence.
17. Cones are placed on hooks and oil boxes are arranged in alphabetical order. This shelf has the incense cones and/or leaves and incense gift sets.
The incense cones/leaves have 6 to a hangar (12 flavors of 6 each for a total of 72). Order a box of 6 if three or more have been sold of a flavor.
Immediately below the incense are the incense kits. The following is the breakdown:

Order what ever is not there. At first this will be a bit confusing, but after 2 or 3 times it will be easy.
18. Oils are placed on rack This shelf has the oils and the reed diffusers.
Oils: There are two small oil displays. Each one has 144 half ounce bottles of fragrance oil – for a total of 288 bottles (24 fragrances of 12 each). Six of each flavor are in each display. Check both displays. If more than 4 have been sold order another box of 12 for that flavor. Reed Diffusers: The tall diffuser (394) has eight pieces and the gift diffuser (391) has 4 pieces. Order what ever is not there.
19. Incense are placed on top hooks. There are 144 pieces (12 dozen - with a dozen of each flavor). Order a dozen of a flavor if 6 or more have been sold of that flavor.
20. Display is complete.

Reorder Procedure:
Looking at the display, start from the top down. We will go through this shelf by shelf.
Hanging incense (no shelf):
There are 144 pieces (12 dozen - with a dozen of each flavor). Order a dozen of a flavor if 6 or more have been sold of that flavor.
Shelf 6 (top shelf):
This shelf has the oils and the reed diffusers.
Oils: There are two small oil displays. Each one has 144 half ounce bottles of fragrance oil – for a total of 288 bottles (24 fragrances of 12 each). Six of each flavor are in each display. Check both displays. If more than 4 have been sold order another box of 12 for that flavor.

When you are done the store manager does not have to sign anything. However, it is a good idea to say hello to him so he knows that we are servicing the store. Please make sure the display looks clean and tidy. The better it looks the more we will sell!
Fax the reorder to us that day. If we get it by 8:00 AM we can send it two days later. In other words, if we get it before 8:00 AM Tuesday we will send it off Thursday.
Note that when the goods arrive with an invoice for restocking the display the manager or assistant manager must sign and stamp the invoice. You must send the signed invoices to us on a weekly basis so we can invoice Walgreens.
Over all the above is not very difficult. After you do it a few times it will be very easy.
